HDPE material is a great choice for drinking water supply pipes because of its light weight, hygienic properties, non-toxic chemical structure, corrosion resistance, and excellent compressive strength. We offer a wide selection of HDPE pipes with a diameter range of 20mm to 1200mm. Our HDPE water pipes have been widely applied for municipal water supply, surface water supply, groundwater supply, and high-rise water supplies.

Series specification
According to raw material, PE water supply pipe is divided into two series of PE80 and PE100. PE80 pipes and PE100 pipes are also divided into different levels according to various durability ratings against pressure. The detailed specification of the two series pipe is showing in the following chart.

Features of PE pipes
1. Long service life
Our industrial water supply pipe and fittings can use at least 50 years under normal condition.

2. Health and safety
PE pipe is nontoxic without heavy metal additive. Besides, our PE pipe is non-fouling and not easy to breed bacteria preventing the secondly pollution of drinking water. The safety of our pipe meets the standards of GB/T17219.

3. Corrosion resistance
Our PE water supply pipe has a good resistance to chemical material corrosion without electrochemical corrosion.

4. Wear resistance
The PE pipe has a smooth inner wall with a very low friction coefficient enhancing the flow capacity, which leads to a superior wear resistance.

5. Shock resistance
The material of HDPE has a good suppleness and HDPE pipe has the character of high shock resistance and twist resistance.

6. Light weight
Compared with metal and concrete pipe, PE pipe has a lighter weight, which have an obvious advantage on the installation and transportation especially when the schedule is tight and construction condition is poor.

7. Reliability
In order to ensure the safety and reliability of connectors, we adopt unique electrofusion jointing and the strength of connectors is higher than the strength of pipe.

8. Price advantage
We adopt simple welding jointing and convenient installation, which leads to lower engineering costs.

9. Cold-resistance
When condition temperature is higher than -30℃, our pipe can normally use without any special protection, which is very convenient to installation in winter.

Welding procedure
1. Firstly, fix the pipe on the heat-melting machine with a fixture matched with pipe. Then slice the end face of pipe with a milling tool to ensure the jointing face neat, clean and vertical.
2. Secondly, adjust the height of pipe to complete match with the jointing pipe and then start heating by heating panel.
3. Finally, when heating panel is up to rated temperature, heat end face of pipes for a special time. Then separate the pips from heat-melting machine and joint the end face with each other to ensure a neat flange on the jointing area. After the cooling of pipe, the welding process is finished.
